The little crafter show: Setting up my mini planner

You know I love my happy planner, customized it to meet my every day needs but it got to heavy to carry around. I kept thinking what do I want to do. I could just make some covers  and have a fitness planner. The problem with that is I worried that I would forget to use it.  I thought I'll just keep it home and write everything on my phone for now but I missing writing stuff down. I also do take notes or make notes for myself so keeping it home was no good either.
I remember hearing about the mini happy planners and even saw one that I liked. At the time thought one would be enough for me, boy was I wrong. So I headed to my Michaels and hoped for the best that it will still be there and it was. I was also able to find a few other items to customize it as well. Once at home I  started to put it together, no dice because the binder rings  were to small. Hoped online to fix the problem, shopping at the me and my big ideas or MABI and Blitsy.com sites. So that is the back story of my new mini planner, this is how I put it together and would example most of the haul videos that I have posted as of late. I just realized that I've posted a lot of those and holy cow this is really a long  post. I'll end it here with my thanks for stopping by the blog today. I hope that you have enjoyed todays' post and video. Mermaid vibes

I placed an order for a few new polishes that I just fell in love. I mainly really wanted to stamp and see how the shade named 9ml Green Duochrome Nail Stamping Polish Chameleon Lacquer Nail Art Plate Printing 001 from beauty big bang.  I can say that as a nail base color, applies well, and has fantastic color pay off.  Stamping so far I have to do some testing because I did a swap sticker to the bottles and the doesn't seem to show so well.

So the bottles on stamping polish came, and I was so excited. The colors both looking beautiful in the bottles.  Since I had some swap stickers that I bought from Maniology to, place them on the and stamped out the with a lace image. The swap me stickers are black and white. This is supposed to help with you see how a stamping polish will look on a light or dark color nail. I think this is a great idea wished more companies would add them.

I used a base coat on my nails. I think that I could have just painted my nails with one coat,…

Spring time Mani

So like most I am so excited for the warmer weather and beautiful spring colors. So far spring seems to be taking its time to get here. I have been somewhat inspired by the season to create a mani from the spring equinox sky which I found on google.  The image is of the night sky with stars swirling around in night sky. The colors look like to navy, purple, white and orange.
I tried a couple of different ways to all the colors, but I could make it work. I finally settled on adding a light blue since I was trying to turn this into a spring mani. A lot of the items that I used are from Maniology. So let's get into steps again I sorry no video for this post and few photos.

1)  You want to start with clean nails and then add a base coat. I used Maniology base coat, or sometimes I use  Sally Hansen quick dry base and top coat.

2) For some of the nails, I painted them with two coats of  Celestial  I wait for a bit and added Maniology speedy dry top coat.
The other nails I stamped …
