Arts, crafts and everything in between: Street outlaws Vs. Gas Monkey, our two cents.

Well before I start I have to thank David Sanjose , my co host in life aka hubby. He has been on the show before and so excited to have him on season two. I thought since have a lot of thoughts and opinions  about both street outlaws and gas monkey  that this would be a great time to David back on the show.
We just finished watching part three until the big race with a lot of huge topics to talk about. I know that some may not agree with everything and would love hear who you think is going to win. Do you agree with out picks or do you think it will go other way. Thank you for listening and hope that you enjoy today's podcast.

Mermaid vibes

I placed an order for a few new polishes that I just fell in love. I mainly really wanted to stamp and see how the shade named 9ml Green Duochrome Nail Stamping Polish Chameleon Lacquer Nail Art Plate Printing 001 from beauty big bang.  I can say that as a nail base color, applies well, and has fantastic color pay off.  Stamping so far I have to do some testing because I did a swap sticker to the bottles and the doesn't seem to show so well.

So the bottles on stamping polish came, and I was so excited. The colors both looking beautiful in the bottles.  Since I had some swap stickers that I bought from Maniology to, place them on the and stamped out the with a lace image. The swap me stickers are black and white. This is supposed to help with you see how a stamping polish will look on a light or dark color nail. I think this is a great idea wished more companies would add them.

I used a base coat on my nails. I think that I could have just painted my nails with one coat,…

Spring time Mani

So like most I am so excited for the warmer weather and beautiful spring colors. So far spring seems to be taking its time to get here. I have been somewhat inspired by the season to create a mani from the spring equinox sky which I found on google.  The image is of the night sky with stars swirling around in night sky. The colors look like to navy, purple, white and orange.
I tried a couple of different ways to all the colors, but I could make it work. I finally settled on adding a light blue since I was trying to turn this into a spring mani. A lot of the items that I used are from Maniology. So let's get into steps again I sorry no video for this post and few photos.

1)  You want to start with clean nails and then add a base coat. I used Maniology base coat, or sometimes I use  Sally Hansen quick dry base and top coat.

2) For some of the nails, I painted them with two coats of  Celestial  I wait for a bit and added Maniology speedy dry top coat.
The other nails I stamped …
